Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Animerching! This shipping policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders in accordance with Dutch and European legislation.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within three business days.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. We will notify you via email or phone if we experience a high volume of orders or delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. You will see the available shipping options and costs before completing your purchase.

For orders over €100, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within the Netherlands: 2 business days.
  • Within the European Union: 12 business days.
  • International: 14 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal or customs delays).

4. Shipping Information

We partner with PostNL to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. International Shipping

Additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for orders outside the Netherlands, depending on the destination country. These costs are the customer's responsibility and will be communicated by the carrier or customs authorities.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address as provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

8. Shipping Delays

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs procedures, postal strikes, or adverse weather conditions. In the case of significant delays, we will notify you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier. Investigation may take up to 14 weeks, depending on the carrier.

10. Damaged Items

If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@animerching.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund per Dutch consumer protection laws.
